Before you book

How do I make a booking on your website?

First, visit the page of the activity you would like to book,

  1. Select DEPARTURE DATE AND TIME
  2. Select PICK UP LOCATION
  3. Select DROP OFF LOCATION
  4. Enter a number of participants in your group including children
  5. Choose ONE WAY OR RETURN, and then click the “FIND A TRANSFER” button then show a list all of transport.
  6. Click on the SELECT, it will be shown BOOK TRANSFERS button, click on it. Next page will be shown EXTRA ITEMS. Please read carefully the options including service inclusions/exclusions before heading to the next step.
    On the next page, review your booking information, and click “Proceed to checkout” button or “check out with PayPal”  if click on “Proceed to checkout” button, it will be shown up next page field to fill the “billing details” form. There’s also a field to enter any special requests for supplier after you completed the form, you can choose “Cash on arrival / PayPal” options and check terms & conditions, at the end click ” Place Order“.

Although you may book your transfer(s) online up to 8 hours before your travel date, we recommend that you book as early as possible. By booking your transfer(s) early, you have the best chance of beating any price increases, which may occur at any time during the year, especially prior to each holiday season. Please call our Customer Support if you need a transfer within 4 hours.

 

Will anyone else be travelling in the vehicle I book?

No, we only offer private transfers, so the price you pay reserves the vehicle exclusively for your group.

I cannot find a route I want to book. What to do?

If you cannot find a route, you can send via our online contact form. It will then be forwarded to our customer service team who will handle your request and get back to you within 24 hours.

How do I pay for my transfer?

We offer American Express, MasterCard and Visa credit cards, and PayPal. If you wish to use a different method, please contact our service centre. All card payments are secured by 256 bit SSL encryption. If you experience problems paying with your card, please contact our Customer Support.

What vehicle-categories do you offer and what are the differences?

Sedan (1-3) Transfer service carried out by regular taxi cars (sedan). The vehicles can usually be recognised as taxis. Each car can carry a maximum of three persons and suitcases. SUV (1-4) The highest standard in passenger transportation, carried out with privately owned vehicles such as the Lexus RX300, Toyota Highlander and Lexus RX330 and very skilled and discrete drivers. Minivan (1-5)/Minibus (1-7) Minivans are vehicles for transporting groups. These vehicles can also be used in Economy and Business class. Transportation by minivan is for a maximum of seven to eight persons and standard-sized pieces of luggage. Bus/touriscar (1- on request) For transportation of more than 7 or 8 persons, our car service providers use coaches. It is possible to book a coach for up to 45 persons plus luggage. Special requests, such as child seats, are subject to availability and can be booked at request. Should you require additional care, please inform us at the time of your booking. Toll roads, parking and any other fees are included in the transfer price.

What luggage entitlement will I have?

Our prices include one bag or suitcase per passenger seat (based on a maximum combined size of 158cm, length + width + height) per item. All luggage must be declared when the booking is being made. Smaller items that fit in the passenger footwell (e.g. a laptopcase, handbag or small shoulder bag) do not need to be declared. The passenger shall be liable for all expenses incurred should additional vehicles be required to transport non-declared excess luggage. Extra luggage as well as bulky items could be charged. Do you charge extra for debit or credit card payments?

No. There is no additional charge for paying by debit or credit card.

If I want to cancel my booking, what’s your cancellation policy?

Cancellations received with more than 24 hours notice are refunded in full.

Cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to travel will be charged 100 % cancellation fee

Before you travel

Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?

For transfers from the airport, you should proceed to the arrivals hall or to the meeting point specified on your booking voucher, where your driver or a representative will be waiting for you with a sign or a tablet showing the lead passenger’s name or the PHNOMPENHTAXISERIVE.COM logo.

For transfers from a port or train/bus station, we will always pick you up at the nearest meeting point available. We will communicate your exact meeting point on the pickup instructions of your booking voucher.

For transfers from your accommodation, the driver will wait for you at the reception/hotel lobby or outside the building.

My group size has changed, can I choose another vehicle?

Yes. Please inform our Customer Support as soon as possible to confirm availability of a more suitable vehicle. There may be an additional charge to pay if you require a larger vehicle.

What happens if I can’t locate my driver?

If you have any trouble locating your driver, please contact us directly at the telephone number or WhatsApp: +855 87 808 181.

Do I need to confirm my booking with you after I get my booking confirmation?

No, you do not need to confirm your booking if you have already received an email with your booking reference and confirmation. There is also no need to reconfirm your return transfer, unless we ask you to do so.

Where will I be picked up / dropped off?

For private transfers from an accommodation, you will be picked up from the accommodation’s reception or outside the hotel/villa/building.
For private transfers from or to a port or train station we will provide a specific meeting point which will be shown on your booking voucher.
For shared transfers, the pick up and the drop off point is shown in your booking voucher.
